Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the STRYKER platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including fighters, fans, promoters, gyms, coaches, vendors, and media.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use STRYKER. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Use the platform for illegal purposes.
• Spam, manipulate rankings, or artificially inflate engagement metrics.
• Attempt to access, hack, or interfere with the platform's systems.
• Impersonate other fighters, officials, or public figures.
• Share medical records or personal data of others without consent.

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting on STRYKER, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You represent that you have the right to post all content you upload.

6. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Ticket purchases, subscriptions, tips, and PPV purchases are generally non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by the promoter.
• Fight purse escrow funds are released per the escrow agreement terms.
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Contact support for billing disputes within 30 days of a charge.

7. Fighter & Event Listings

STRYKER is a platform connecting combat sports participants. We do not sanction, organize, or take liability for fights, events, or training activities arranged through the platform. Users assume full responsibility for their own safety and compliance with applicable athletic commission rules.

8. Medical Records

Medical documents uploaded to the platform are stored securely and shared only with parties the fighter designates (commissioners, insurance providers). STRYKER does not make medical decisions and is not a healthcare provider.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of fighter records, or outcomes of matches arranged through the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRYKER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including injuries, financial losses, or data loss.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of STRYKER after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
